The building features a double-basement car park, rooftop amenities including a terrace garden and gymnasium, and fully integrated rainwater harvesting and solar PV systems. Each apartment was designed with large balconies and cross-ventilated room layouts.
The building's exterior features a combination of exposed brickwork panels and light grey textured paint with vertical green wall features. Common areas including the lobby, lift lobbies, and staircase landing were finished to hotel-standard quality. SK Builders served as the main contractor and provided full site supervision and quality control.
