A complete corporate office fit-out for a 160-seat tech company spread across 6,000 sq.ft. The design philosophy was to create an open, collaborative workspace that also provides quiet focus areas. Custom workstations with height-adjustable frames, biophilic design elements, and a central collaboration zone with breakout seating were the key features.
The office also includes 8 glass-fronted meeting rooms, a premium boardroom, a fully equipped cafeteria, and server/IT room with dedicated cooling. Acoustic panels, bespoke lighting, and branded wall graphics were integrated throughout. The fit-out was completed in just 3 months to meet the client's lease commencement date.
