The living and dining areas feature Italian marble flooring, coffered ceilings with concealed LED lighting, and custom-crafted joinery in engineered teak.
The master bedroom suite includes a walk-in wardrobe with full-height mirror shutters and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. The modular kitchen in gloss lacquer with quartz countertops and premium German hardware was a standout feature. SK Builders delivered the full interior fit-out in 5 months.
